This is not the first time that a scraper has stolen content. Cameron, for one, had stolen content and was able to get great results as I remember. I can't remember who else, but there are others here who had this problem. I hope they respond to this post and your other.
A watermark on your photos will show that the thief is using someone else's photos.
Put a line at the end of your post saying to whom the content belongs and a link back. In fact, putting it in the middle rather than at the end might be better. They may not read the content thoroughly before posting.
